• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Perform diagnosis and repair of equipment as required
• Demonstrate skills to other technicians as required
• Perform reconditioning and repair of all machine systems and components
• Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignment.
• Report work required on equipment to the Service Manager, for proper and safe operation by the customer
• Participate in all training programs as directed by the Service Manager
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion

• Partner with experts in the rider training field to plan and deliver instructor led and web-based training for rider coaches to effectively engage and support motorcycle riders with thorough and consistent methods
• Support the onboarding and development of rider training partners by evaluating capabilities, training certifications, and approach to developing the coaching staff
• Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the most effective rider training techniques, curriculum, and methods of delivery, propagate best practices across the coaching network
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs offered to our training coaches and identify opportunities for improvement based on market awareness and benchmarking
• Provide prompt, accurate information to stakeholders, including coaches, riders, and internal support teams
