Join us as a Training Lead and be part of the H-D team tasked with bringing the next generation of rider and coach training to life. You will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the training strategy. You will engage with experts in the rider and coach training industry to build and deliver the capabilities needed to reshape the rider training landscape.

Features & Responsibilities

Partner with experts in the rider training field to plan and deliver instructor led and web-based training for rider coaches to effectively engage and support motorcycle riders with thorough and consistent methods
Support the onboarding and development of rider training partners by evaluating capabilities, training certifications, and approach to developing the coaching staff
Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the most effective rider training techniques, curriculum, and methods of delivery, propagate best practices across the coaching network
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs offered to our training coaches and identify opportunities for improvement based on market awareness and benchmarking
Provide prompt, accurate information to stakeholders, including coaches, riders, and internal support teams
